The proposed Alberta XPress (AXP) project is a market-driven response to rising demand for natural gas on the U.S. Gulf Coast and beyond. AXP will utilize existing capacity on TC Energy’s Great Lakes Gas Transmission (GLGT) system and ANR pipeline system, with facility expansions taking place along ANR’s Southeast Mainline (SEML).
