TC Energy celebrates and recognizes International Women's Day (IWD) – a global movement promoting equality and a gender-inclusive world. A perfect time to highlight just a few of the amazing woman making an impact at TC Energy. From the office to the field, there is a place for everyone at TC Energy. Labourers, equipment operators, engineers, community advisors, administrators, environmental monitors, skilled tradespeople and project managers are just a few of the diverse roles filled by women.

Our community investment program, Build Strong, invests in organizations that are integral to local communities, and our business. Whether we are providing grants to organizations, awarding scholarships to students or sponsoring a local event that brings community members together, our goal is to help build strong, vibrant communities through mutually beneficial relationships.

For Richard Cole, a senior project manager for TC Energy in Charleston, W.Va., his father’s footsteps led him straight into the pipeline industry.

She’s one of a growing number of females working in the skilled trades. Camillia Smith is a great example of why we are celebrating our diversity this week in recognition of International Women’s Day on March 8.

On June 23, we celebrate International Women in Engineering Day (INWED)! This day celebrates the amazing work that women engineers are doing around the world. This year’s theme is engineering heroes. We recognize INWED as part of our commitment to an inclusive and diverse workplace.
