Winter weather affects on Keystone System deliveries

We notified customers on Nov. 14 of a force majeure resulting from a series of recent severe weather-related impacts to system facilities. The notices informed customers that effective as of Nov. 15, the Keystone System will be required to curtail volumes due to the time the system was slowed during the force majeure event.  

We will continue to provide updates directly to impacted customers and cannot discuss this further, as it involves commercially sensitive information.
