April was designated National Safe Digging Month to help raise awareness around preventable contact with underground utilities that cause unnecessary injuries, deaths and billions of dollars worth of damages every year. From backyard DIY decks to road construction to municipal development, your first step in planning any project that involves digging should be to understand where it is safe to dig, and where your essential utilities are.

TC Energy would like to recognize youth from not-for-profit organizations such as Boy Scouts, Girls Guides and 4-H for committing to safe digging practices when undertaking improvement projects in their communities.

This pipeline expansion project in western Alberta expanded pipeline capacity for the transportation of natural gas to growing markets located in central and southern Alberta from the Peace River Project Area.

The North Corridor Expansion Project in northwestern Alberta expanded pipeline capacity for the transportation of natural gas from the Peace River Project Area (PRPA) to growing markets located in northeastern Alberta. The Project included three pipeline components and one compressor station unit addition.
