News Release – TC Energy Corporation today announced that it will proceed with construction of the Keystone XL Pipeline Project (the Project), resulting in an investment of approximately US$8.0 billion into the North American economy.

The North Montney Mainline Project (NMML) is a 42-inch pipeline that delivers natural gas from one of the richest gas plays in Canada to markets across North America. This extension is a critical piece of infrastructure that will provide value to our shareholders for decades to come, but it’s the way the project team delivered it that sets it apart. The Project consists of a 206 kilometre (km), 42-inch pipeline, two compressor stations, and 14 meter stations. It will begin at a the northern point of the existing Saturn section of the Groundbirch Mainline at 14-21-80-20-W6M and terminate at the Blair Creek Receipt Meter Station located in Unit 30, Block K, Group 94-G-7.
