TransCanada Corporation today announced that the Board of Directors (Board) of TransCanada declared a quarterly dividend of $0.69 per common share for the quarter ending March 31, 2018 on the Company's outstanding common shares. The common share dividend is payable on April 30, 2018 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 29, 2018.

TransCanada Corporation will hold its 2018 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Friday, April 27, 2018 at 10 a.m. (MDT) / 12 p.m. (EDT) in Calgary, Alberta in the Roderick Mah Centre for Continuous Learning at Mount Royal University.

TransCanada today announced its Sundre Crossover Project has been placed into service in central Alberta, increasing the company’s capacity to transport natural gas on TransCanada’s NOVA Gas Transmission Ltd. (NGTL) System to downstream pipelines and key markets in the Pacific Northwest and California.
