NGTL encloses its Commitment Tracking Table No. 1. This submission is in response to both Section 52 Condition 6 and Section 58 Condition 7 located in Appendices II and III of the Report.

In accordance with Certificate Condition 21 and Condition 5 of the Order, NGTL encloses the Commitment Tracking Table for the Project. The reporting period for this submission is December 15, 2016 to January 15, 2017.
