On March 8, we recognize International Women's Day (IWD) – a global movement promoting equality and a gender-inclusive world. This year’s theme is #EmbraceEquity – today and beyond, we all have a part in actively supporting equity within our communities and workplaces. When we embrace equity, we embrace diversity, and we embrace inclusion.

This summer saw the first-ever virtual session launch of the Avatar program, designed by Beaver Drilling Ltd., the Young Pipeliners Association of Canada (YPAC) and the University of Calgary. The program, which is a collaborative networking and leadership development forum, encourages participants to design innovative solutions for the future of the energy industry.

TC Energy owns or has interests in many power generation facilities with combined capacity of 4,200 megawatts (MW). Our power generation assets are located in Alberta, Quebec and New Brunswick. More than half of the power we provide is generated from emission-less sources, including nuclear.
