Every year, TransCanada employees and contractors participate in a Fall giving and volunteering campaign called Get Empowered. This year's campaign raised $1.3 million in personal and company-matched donations. The team also tracked more than 12,300 volunteer hours across Canada, U.S. and Mexico. TransCanada matches employee and contractor donations 100 per cent year-round but the match increases to 200 per cent for this exhilarating campaign. We have a comprehensive cyber security strategy which aligns with industry and recognized standards for cyber security. This strategy is regularly reviewed and updated, and the status of our cyber security program is reported to the Audit Committee on a quarterly basis. The program includes cyber security risk assessments, continuous monitoring of networks and other information sources for threats to the organization, comprehensive incident response plans/processes and a cyber security awareness program for employees. We have insurance which may cover losses from physical damage to our facilities as a result of a cyber security event, but insurance does not cover all events in all circumstances.
