TC Energy is pleased that the Government of Canada has approved the NOVA Gas Transmission Limited (NGTL) West Path Delivery 2023 Project, part of the West Path Delivery Program, after a robust assessment by the Canada Energy Regulator (CER).

On Sept. 15, TC Energy and Columbia Gas Transmission’s Virginia Reliability Project (VRP) received a favorable environmental impact statement (EIS) by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). FERC’s findings also reflected the work of federal and state experts under the National Environmental Policy Act.

This is a state-of-the-art project that is going to provide natural gas southern Mexico for the next forty years without causing any disruption to the marine environment,

In 2010, OSU-Cascades launched an Energy Systems Engineering four-year degree program, which TC Energy has supported for the last five years. The investment from TC Energy has allowed for experiential learning for senior-year students as they work on their final design projects, collaborating with local energy companies to solve a real-world problem.
