Join us on TC Energy Community Day
On Tuesday, July 7 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., we’re offering free entry to the Calgary Stampede grounds, helping make the experience more accessible for families and community members across our city.
For more than 40 years, we have been part of the Stampede. Showing up for TC Energy Community Day is one way we continue that tradition by creating space for connection, shared experiences and a chance for more people to take part in something that brings Calgary and visitors together.
Calgary Stampede Powwow presented by TC Energy
The Stampede Powwow returns to the Scotiabank Saddledome on July 6 and 7 from 1—6 p.m. Featuring top dancers and drummers from across Canada and the U.S., this extraordinary competition is free with park admission, and everyone is welcome to attend.
Supporting the Stampede Powwow reflects our deep respect for Indigenous cultures, knowledge and perspectives and our commitment to building meaningful relationships with Indigenous communities. As presenting sponsor, we are proud to support a community-led, inclusive event that creates space for learning, celebration and shared understanding.
Investing in communities
We invest in organizations that strengthen our communities. Through grants, scholarships and in‑kind support, we focus on building relationships that make a lasting impact.
- In 2025, we invested more than $20 million to over 2,000 different initiatives or scholarship recipients across 610 communities.
- Since 2022, Calgary employees have contributed $3.9 million in funding to 537 deserving causes locally.
- During that same time, employees have also volunteered more than 81,000 hours in Calgary!
