CALGARY, Alberta, Oct. 09, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- News Release – TC Energy Corporation (TSX, NYSE: TRP) (TC Energy or the Company) today announced that TransCanada PipeLines Limited (TCPL) has closed an offering of US$350 million of 6.250 per cent Fixed-for-Life Junior Subordinated Notes due Nov. 1, 2085 (Notes). The Notes were offered through a syndicate of underwriters, co-led by Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, BofA Securities, Inc., J.P.
