A multi-year effort to expand the NGTL and Foothills systems has seen the in-service of several projects over the past few months, furthering North American energy security, boosting local economies and providing customers with additional market access.

TC Energy, in partnership with the Common Ground Alliance (CGA), would like to recognize youth from not-for-profit organizations such as Boy Scouts of America, Girl Scouts of the U.S.A., 4-H and the National FFA Organization for committing to safe digging practices when undertaking improvement projects in their communities.

The Towerbirch pipeline project will include 55 km of 36-inch pipeline paralleling the existing NGTL Groundbirch Mainline, along with new meter stations, and expansion of one meter station. The majority of this projects scope will be within British Comumbia, with only a portion in Alberta.

Columbia Gas Transmission projects expect to bring 135 million cubic feet more per day of natural gas capacity to central and southern Virginia. Virginia Reliability and Virginia Electrification projects to be reviewed by federal regulators. Posted by Virginia Mercury
