This Policy is intended to set out the framework for the Company’s approach to Board Diversity and outline the key criteria for the composition of its Board of Directors (the Board) that promotes the Company’s commitment and aspirational targets to diversity and inclusion.

This MD&A covers TCPL’s financial position and operations as at and for the year ended December 31, 2011.

In accordance with Certificate Condition 6 and Order Condition 7, NGTL encloses Commitment Tracking Table No. 8 for the Project. The reporting period for this submission is September 1, 2017 to 28, 2017.
