In accordance with Condition 5 of Order XG-N081-030-2017 for the Project issued by the National Energy Board (Board or NEB) on December 28, 2017, NGTL is posting the Commitment Tracking Table No. 3 for the Sundre Crossover Project. The TQM Pipeline System is a 573 km natural gas pipeline network in the Province of Quebec between Saint-Lazare, located west of Montreal, and Saint-Nicolas, located on the South Shore of Quebec City, and between Lachenaie, located East of Montreal, and East Hereford on the New Hampshire border.

The Guadalajara Pipeline connects to an LNG facility located near Manzanillo on the Pacific Coast of Mexico. It has capacity to transport 500 million cubic feet of natural gas per day to a nearby power plant and transport 320 million cubic feet per day to a pipeline system near Guadalajara.

The Sundre Crossover Project involved the construction of approximately 21 kilometres (km) of 42-inch diameter pipeline in Mountain View County, east of the town of Sundre, Alberta.
