In accordance with Certificate Condition 6 and Order Condition 7, NGTL encloses Commitment Tracking Table No. 7 for the Project. The reporting period for this submission is July 29, 2017 to August 31, 2017.

On Monday, Nov. 22, 2021, the company took the next step in the process and submitted a formal Request for Arbitration under NAFTA Chapter 11 investor-state dispute settlement provisions, which allows companies to seek compensation for lost investment. 

This submission for the Commitment Tracking Table No. 1 is dated from March 24, 2017 to January 5, 2018 for Sundree Crossover Project.
