TC Energy is disappointed that the Tribunal constituted to hear the company’s claim to recover more than US$15 billion in damages resulting from the revocation on Jan. 20, 2021 of the Presidential Permit for the Keystone XL Project has determined in a jurisdictional ruling that the claim cannot proceed.

TC Energy’s Alberta Power Business manages, operates and markets close to 450 megawatts of electricity within the province.

Today, TC Energy shared that the Coastal GasLink project safely reached mechanical completion on November 6, 2023, ahead of schedule. Mechanical completion represents another major milestone following the recent achievement of 100 per cent pipeline installation.

News Release – TC Energy Corporation today announced that its Board of Directors (Board) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.87 per common share for the quarter ending Dec. 31, 2021 on the Company’s outstanding common shares.
