The system includes a 416 mile (669 km) interstate natural gas pipeline that extends from the Canadian border at Waddington, New York, onward through New York State and western Connecticut, finally reaching its end point in the Bronx, New York.

The Line 8000 Replacement Project, part of TransCanada’s Columbia Gas Transmission Modernization Program, will replace approximately 13 miles (21 km) of existing 12-inch-diameter bare steel pipeline with new coated steel pipeline.

Not a lot of people can state on their resumes that they’ve been the project manager for the successful construction of more than 70 new homes – all built within just a few months.
