TC Energy’s 1,412-mile (2,272-km) Northern Border Pipeline Company (NBPL) connects natural gas reserves in the Western Canada Sedimentary Basin with consumers in the Midwestern U.S. as well as receives and transports U.S.-produced natural gas.

We are celebrating the achievements of two of our very own 2020 Young Women in Energy (YWE) Award Winners – Ana Villarreal-Escudero and Cheryl Johnson. Ana and Cheryl are among an esteemed group of 10 inspiring women, recognized for their contributions to the energy industry and a cleaner, more sustainable and more equitable future for all.

Operations employees are on the ground each day to ensure natural gas keeps flowing through our infrastructure around the clock and in all weather conditions. With safety at the forefront, natural gas field technicians across our footprint are our unsung heroes with a variety of job duties that vary day by day – requiring skilled and adaptable personnel. The field technician role is experienced across our footprint with their own North American viewpoint.
