NGTL encloses its Commitment Tracking Table No. 1. This submission is in response to both Section 52 Condition 6 and Section 58 Condition 7 located in Appendices II and III of the Report.

Commitment Tracking Table No. 8

This submission describes the Commitment Tracking Table No. 2 dated from September 2, 2015 to March 31, 2017 for the Towerbirch Expansion Project.

In accordance with Certificate Condition 6 and Order Condition 7, NGTL encloses Commitment Tracking Table No. 3 for the Project. The reporting period for this submission is April 3, 2017 to April 30, 2017.
