TransCanada Corporation a annoncé aujourd’hui qu’elle mettrait à exécution son projet de développement du système NOVA Gas Transmission Ltd. (NGTL) d’une valeur de 140 millions de dollars, après une période d’appel réussie pour un engagement obligatoire de l’accroissement de la capacité d’exportation au point de livraison Empress/McNeill en mars.

TransCanada Corporation today announced that it has successfully completed its second binding expansion capacity Open Season at the Empress/McNeill Export Delivery Point on its NOVA Gas Transmission Ltd. (NGTL) System in 2018. NGTL offered 280 million cubic feet per day of firm service,targeted to commence in November 2021. The Open Season closed on March 15, 2018, and was oversubscribed, with an average awarded contract term of approximately 22 years.

The proposed McLeod South Project is 48-inch diameter pipeline that would be located entirely within Yellowhead County, Alberta.
