CALGARY, Alberta, Feb. 14, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) —News Release — TC Energy Corporation today announced that its Board of Directors (Board) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.93 per common share for the quarter ending March 31, 2023, on the Company’s outstanding common shares. The common share dividend is payable on April 28, 2023, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2023.

We can confirm that we are actively responding to an incident involving the NGTL natural gas system approximately 40 kilometres northwest of Edson, Alta in Yellowhead County.
