Edson Mainline Expansion Project – Commitment Tracking Table No. 23

In accordance with Condition 5 of the Certificate and Condition 6 of Order XG-N081-013-2016, NGTL encloses the Commitment Tracking Table for the Project. The reporting period for this submission is March 31, 2015 to November 15, 2016.

Meet Kelly Howlett. These days, Kelly is Manager for Collaboration West, a group that is focused on collaborating with our NGTL customers to achieve mutually beneficial solutions while strengthening relationships. Here’s a peek into a day in Kelly’s life.

Less than a decade ago, Justin Woulf was stationed in East Paktika, Afghanistan, near the country’s border with Pakistan. He was second in command of about 220 soldiers and wore a great many hats to keep his company functioning at an optimal level. Today, Justin is as an Area Manager for Badger South in U.S. Natural Gas’s (USNG) Heartland Region. While Wisconsin is a far cry from Paktika, he finds himself applying many of the same leadership and creative problem-solving skills at TC Energy that he picked up in the U.S. Army.
