Washington, D.C. – TC Energy released the following statement after the U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) approved, with bipartisan support, the Virginia Reliability Project.

NGTL is permanently ceasing operations at 16 meter stations and 16 associated lateral pipelines, four stand-alone meter stations, four producer tie-ins and nine stand-alone laterals on the NGTL System within Alberta as these facilities are no longer necessary to provide service to customers.
