TransCanada Corporation today launched an open season to solicit binding commitments from interested parties for transportation services of crude oil from Cushing, Oklahoma to markets on the U.S. Gulf Coast on incremental capacity on Marketlink.

This submission describes the Commitment Tracking Table No. 2 dated from September 2, 2015 to March 31, 2017 for the Towerbirch Expansion Project.

In accordance with Certificate Condition 6 and Order Condition 7, NGTL encloses Commitment Tracking Table No. 3 for the Project. The reporting period for this submission is April 3, 2017 to April 30, 2017.

This winter, more homes can be heated, and more power will be available to public buildings and industry with additional natural gas following completion of the West Path Delivery 2023 Projects.
