Today marks the start of the pipeline industry’s most prestigious event, the International Pipeline Conference (IPC) 2020. The biennial conference features executive panels, technical tutorials, plenary speeches and moreover a jam-packed three-day event from September 28 to 30.

TransCanada Corporation today launched an open season to solicit binding commitments from interested parties for transportation of crude oil on the Marketlink Pipeline System from Cushing, Oklahoma to markets on the U.S. Gulf Coast.

TransCanada announced that its Keystone Pipeline repair and restart plans have been reviewed by the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) with no objections, permitting a safe and controlled return to service of the Keystone System.

Today, the inaugural TC Energy Summer Scholars Academy at the University of Houston’s College of Natural Sciences & Mathematics came to a close. The program, which supported 50 high school students interested in science, technology, engineering or math (STEM) majors with the transition to college, was touted a success amidst the challenges of hosting it virtually due to COVID-19.
