TC Energy is disappointed that the Tribunal constituted to hear the company’s claim to recover more than US$15 billion in damages resulting from the revocation on Jan. 20, 2021 of the Presidential Permit for the Keystone XL Project has determined in a jurisdictional ruling that the claim cannot proceed.

On Nov. 8, we recognize Indigenous Veterans Day, and on Nov. 11, Remembrance and Veterans Day in Canada and the U.S. This is a time to honour those who served our country selflessly to protect the freedoms we enjoy today.

June 19 was an ordinary day at the Bickers Compressor Station in Virginia. Ordinary in that it marked the station’s 10,000th consecutive day without a recordable injury as defined by the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration. That means there hasn’t been a work-related injury or illness resulting in medical treatment beyond first aid or days away from work since 1993.
