TC Energy Corporation today announced that its Board of Directors (Board) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.96 per common share for the quarter ending Sept. 30, 2024, on the Company’s outstanding common shares. The common share dividend is payable on Oct. 31, 2024, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Sept. 27, 2024.

We can confirm that we are actively responding to an incident involving the NGTL natural gas system approximately 40 kilometres northwest of Edson, Alta in Yellowhead County. We are making all appropriate notifications to regulators, customers, stakeholders and Indigenous communities.    We will provide more information as soon as it becomes available.
