News Release — TC Energy Corporation (TSX, NYSE: TRP) (TC Energy) will begin pre-construction activities of the Saddlebrook Solar Project located near Aldersyde, Alberta. TC Energy is investing $146 million to build its first Canadian solar power project. It has the capacity to generate 81 megawatts, enough energy to power 20,000 homes annually. The initial construction includes installing solar panels on TC Energy property in the local industrial park.

The Line 8000 Replacement Project, part of TransCanada’s Columbia Gas Transmission Modernization Program, will replace approximately 13 miles (21 km) of existing 12-inch-diameter bare steel pipeline with new coated steel pipeline.
This pipeline expansion project in western Alberta expanded pipeline capacity for the transportation of natural gas to growing markets located in central and southern Alberta from the Peace River Project Area.
The 430 km (267 mile) Mazatlán Pipeline will safely deliver natural gas to CFE’s Mazatlán power plant and other large areas in Sinaloa.
