TC Energy’s Virginia Reliability Project (VRP) would replace an existing segment of the Columbia Gas Transmission (TCO) Pipeline System to ensure reliable and abundant natural gas supply. The proposed Grande Prairie Mainline Loop No. 4 (Valhalla North Section) and Berland River Compressor Station C3 Unit Addition will increase natural gas transportation service on our existing natural gas pipeline system in Alberta to meet growing demand.
