TransCanada Corporation announced today that it will move forward with a $1.5 billion expansion of its NOVA Gas Transmission Ltd. (NGTL) System to connect existing and new supply to incremental intra-basin market demand.

NGTL System (24,631 km) is connected to one of the largest supply basins on the continent, the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin (WCSB).
