TransCanada Corporation today announced that it has entered into an agreement to sell its Coolidge Generating Station to SWG Coolidge Holdings, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Southwest Generation Operating Company, LLC, for approximately US$465 million (Cdn$623 million), subject to closing adjustments and customary regulatory approvals. Located in Coolidge, Arizona, the Coolidge Generating Station is a 575-megawatt natural gas-fired power facility that is underpinned by a long-term power purchase agreement (PPA).

Personally, and on behalf of TC Energy, I want to congratulate the Blueberry River First Nations on their historic Implementation Agreement with the Province of British Columbia. We celebrate the benefits this agreement will bring to the community for generations to come, and the certainty and stability it will provide to industries like ours.

Foothills Zone 8 West Path Delivery 2023 Project - CER Letter

The Sur de Texas Pipeline supplies natural gas generation plants in Tamaulipas and Veracruz, as well as some regions of the East, West and Central Mexico.

From end to end, the Tula Pipeline Project is 287 km (178 miles) in length and will deliver fuel from Tuxpan, Veracruz, to communities in the states of Puebla and Hidalgo. The pipeline has the capacity to carry 886 million cubic feet per day of natural gas.
