TC Energy Corporation (TSX, NYSE: TRP) (TC Energy) today launched an open season to solicit binding commitments for crude oil transportation services on the Keystone Pipeline System from Hardisty, Alberta to markets on the U.S. Gulf Coast. Interested parties may submit binding bids for transportation capacity during the open season that will close at 12 p.m. MT on July 19, 2019.

TC Energy Corporation today announced that its Board of Directors (Board) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.87 per common share for the quarter ending September 30, 2021 on the Company’s outstanding common shares. The common share dividend is payable on October 29, 2021 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 30, 2021.
