It was just over a year ago that TC Energy visited the Renovo, Pennsylvania volunteer fire department to see the Lucas 3 Device in action. This critical piece of equipment was purchased with a grant from TC Energy and will help first responders administer CPR to patients experiencing cardiac arrest.

The common share dividend is payable on Jan. 31, 2022 to shareholders of record at the close of business on Dec. 31, 2021.
