A partner in progress in Kentucky
Natural gas powers homes, industries and economic growth across Kentucky. And as a state that consumes nearly four times more natural gas than it produces, interstate pipelines are essential to keeping the lights on, businesses running and communities thriving.
We operate more than 1,600 miles of pipeline in Kentucky through our Columbia Gas Transmission, ANR Pipeline and Columbia Gulf Transmission systems. These assets are part of the backbone of Kentucky’s energy delivery network—connecting the state to secure, affordable and cleaner energy.
Together, we’re building a stronger America from the inside out—starting right here in Kentucky.
Kentucky needs reliable energy. We're helping deliver it.
By 2035, Kentucky's natural gas demand is expected to grow by 53%—driven by coal-to-gas conversions and expanding power generation. With approximately one-third of households relying on natural gas for heating, access to natural gas is essential. TC Energy's infrastructure helps meet this rising demand—delivering to major local distribution companies and supporting essential and longstanding power generation.
