Once complete, the new Keystone Hardisty Terminal will represent a step forward in facilitating the transportation of Canadian crude oil safely and reliably to communities across North America.
Located in Hardisty, Alberta, the terminal will provide western Canadian producers with crude oil batch accumulation tankage and provides access to the Keystone Pipeline System. The facility will also provide 2.6 million barrels of storage.
The Keystone Hardisty Terminal is governed according to regulations outlined by the Canada Energy Regulator (CER), which replaced the National Energy Board (NEB) in August 2019.
TC Energy is committed to notifying affected landowners, towns, communities and local, state and federal governments and agencies involved in the project. If you have any questions about the project, please reach out to us via the contact information below.
