Guadalajara Pipeline

Overview

The Guadalajara Pipeline transports 500 million cubic feet per day of natural gas to a power plant owned by Mexico’s Comisión Federal de Electricidad (CFE). An additional 360 million cubic feet per day feeds into the Mexican national pipeline system. Completed in 2011, the line helps generate the power needed to keep lights on and the economy functioning in Mexico’s rapidly growing interior.
