TC Energy outlines clear expectations for our contractors as documented in the list of key policies, guidelines and resources that apply to our supply base and we hold them accountable to operate in compliance with these expectations.
Contractors shall comply with the documents listed below for the country in which they are performing work. The Company may update, amend, replace or add to these documents from time to time.

Project Site Specific Safety Plan Work Template
(only for use when a Contractor is the Prime Contractor)
Safety Handbook
(The Safety Handbook is intended for use only in circumstances where a Contractor is not the Prime Contractor (i.e. the person that has been designated as responsible for Work Site safety under the applicable occupational health and safety Law). Under no circumstances shall the Contractor rely on the Safety Handbook in circumstances where it has been designated as Prime Contractor.)
